"Using proper and pure masala is mandatory if you want your food to be
tasty, but make sure that you use only good quality spices which makes the food
tasty as well as healthy."
Living in a country like India has its own
benefits and drawbacks, especially as far as food and food habits are
concerned. Unlike most other countries, we Indians are high on flavor and
spices. The Indian food is spicier than most other cuisines universally
available. This is because we are a country rich in spices and our taste buds
too over the generations have evolved to be spicy.
Different parts of India have different taste
buds and different food items that they eat. From the Dal Bati Churma of Rajasthan
to the Dhokla and Undhiya of Gujarat, the Vada Pav and Misal of Maharashtra to
the Dosa and Rasam Bhaath of the south, the food habits are as diverse as our
cultures. Not all the food items have the same spices and the proportion and
the number of spices also vary from place to place. While some may have many
masalas collaboratively put in one dish, others may have just one masala put in
one dish. However, despite all this, the core base remains to the point that the
food items have spice in them.
However, foods that are high on spice are not
very good for health. As much as our taste buds are enhanced, on the inside,
they are damaging our systems and they are spoiling our health. Excess spice in
food leads to an upset stomach sometimes. We may feel that it is the wrong food
that has taken a toll on our stomach but sometimes it is simply the spice
content in our food makes us highly uncomfortable. It also leads to ulcers. The
stomach is a very sensitive organ of the body and if not taken care of may lead
to diseases and problems, one of them being ulcers. This also happens due to
excess spice foods. It may also lead to diarrhea and skin infections. It tends
to make one sweat more, leading to foul odor being released from the body.
It is highly advisable to have low spiced food
because it will prevent from any kind of illness or discomfort. It will help
you lead a healthy lifestyle and maintain the health indicator as well. Today,
a lot of products have come in the market that helps to maintain the spice level
and yet make the food tasty. Banne Nawab Masalas, Parampara Masalas, Rasoi Magic Masalas are the best masalas
available in the market that are not very spicy or harmful as well and help to
maintain the taste of the food as well. It can be used in Vegetables, Rice, and
other dals as well. There are many other items in the market which can be used
and are spice friendly.
Low spiced food helps you to get proper sleep and
also prevents you from getting cholesterol. It also helps you to be more active
and not feel slouchy. It doesn’t make you smell bad and keeps you fresh all
day. Low spice means that there will be no upset stomachs, or acidity or ulcers
which will enable you to be in a good mood throughout the day and not make you
feel uncomfortable or irritable. If myth were to be believed, eating balanced
spiced food also prevents you from flu and if you’re already suffering from it,
helps you to clear your sinus.
Choose the right spice masala and lead a
healthy lifestyle.
